Dave Garza is a talented musician with a proven track record in leading worship and directing music. During the extensive interview process, Dave's priorities were very prominent. He expressed his faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, his love for his wife Beth and their two children, and his devotion and dedication to his church family. As a search team, we saw before us a man that trusts the Lord with his whole life, work, family, and his future. Over the years, Dave has served as an Elementary Music Teacher, Middle School Assistant Principal, and a Worship Leader. He currently is a worship leader and music director for Willow Creek Community Church. Dave also has extensive experience in leading and directing conferences for the Willow Creek Association including The Arts Conference, The Leadership Summit and The Global Leadership Summit in Germany. Dave has strong qualifications, is spiritually sound, and is amazingly humble. Although Dave will lead us in worship for a few weekends this summer, he will be with us full-time beginning August 16 & 17 after fulfilling his summer obligations. We have great anticipation for what the Lord will do at Cottonwood Creek Baptist under Dave Garza's leadership.
